Kimberly Hickerson
L.Ac., CTRS
Kimberly is a Texas Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Recreational Therapist. She earned a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Austin.
Kimberly provides an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to acupuncture through extensive pulse and tongue analysis, herbal and nutritional consultations, cupping, electrical stimulation and massage techniques known as tui na.
She has several years of clinical experience, having treated people of all ages for a diversity of health issues including pain and injuries, stress and anxiety, digestive and respiratory problems, fatigue, skin disorders, allergies, fertility and gynecological issues. Kimberly has also worked with a number of clients with physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities including seizure disorders, HIV/AIDS, autism and Aspberger’s Syndrome, and ADD/ADHD, using modalities based in Therapeutic Recreation and Chinese Medicine. She is dedicated to working with you to find the most effective and nurturing path towards restoring your health and well-being.
Kimberly is passionate about building healthy and educated communities through accessible and effective health care for all and spends part of her time working in a lower cost community clinic.
